Register

Registration is required for athletics, some activities and some exams. A student needs to be registered before participating in any practice, tryout or competition. The athletics and activities office is available to help.

Sports physicals - required for athletics

A current sports physical is required for participation in all middle school and high school sports. Physicals are good for three years.

Download the form or pick up a paper form in the high school activities office.
Complete the form, with help from your healthcare provider and parent (if under 18)
Turn in the completed form.

Fees - for athletics, some activities and college exams

Fees are charged for athletics, some activities and some exams. Discounts are available for families who qualify for Educational Benefits.

For Minnesota State High School League sponsored activities, the flat rate registration fee is $200 per activity, with a $500 cap per student per year.
Other activities and exams have varying fees. Check with the advisory, activities office or registration system for specific rates.

You may qualify for discounts. Learn more about Educational Benefits online or stop by the district or any school front off to fill out the Educational Benefits form qualify for this discount.

Supplemental Student Accident Insurance - optional for any student

We work hard to ensure every student has a safe and rewarding experience while attending our schools. Even with the many precautions we take, accidents can happen. If a child has an accident while attending school during the day or while participating in after school activities, a family’s health insurance carrier would cover any related expenses. The school district does not provide insurance coverage for students.

Families may choose to purchase Student Accident Insurance through America's Life Insurance Corp Insurance. The program is completely voluntary. Each family should examine their health insurance coverage as well as co-pays and deductible limits to determine if this supplemental coverage would be a benefit to them.

Follow these helpful online registration tips:

Use Firefox or Google Chrome browsers as your browser.
Create a family account.
Once your account is created, click "no I don't have a family key."
Select "add a person"
Enter the student's birthdate and 6 digit ID number. Your student's ID number is the last 6 digits of the student password used for Campus and/or Schoology.
Check your email to verify the email address once you have created an account. Your whole family will populate onto your account when the first student is added.
